Privacy Policy

Plastic-Craft Products Corp (“Plastic-Craft”, “we”, “us”) fabricates and distributes
plastic products from West Nyack, New York. This policy explains what information we collect
through plastic-craft.com, why we collect it, who we
share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
You provide information directly when you place an order, request a quote, create an
account, sign up for emails, or contact us. Depending on what you are doing, that can include:
- Name, company name, email address and telephone number
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Order details, and the specifications, dimensions, drawings or CAD files you send us
with a quote request - Account login details, if you create an account
- Anything you choose to write in a message to us
Payment information
We do not receive or store your full card number. Card details are entered
directly into fields hosted by our payment processor, NMI, and are transmitted to them rather
than to us. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction and limited details such as the
last four digits and the card type, which we use to process and support your order.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically by us and by the
service providers listed below:
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and screen size
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, scrolling, and the site or search that
referred you - Products viewed and cart activity, which we record in our own system to understand
where people abandon an order - Cookies and similar technologies used for the shopping cart, login sessions, analytics
and advertising measurement
Session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with pages — mouse movement,
clicks, scrolling and navigation — so we can find and fix problems in the site. These
recordings capture interaction, not the contents of what you type: text entered into
form fields is masked and is not visible to us. Card details are never present,
because they are entered in fields hosted by our payment processor rather than on our own
pages. Microsoft may also use this data for its own purposes, including advertising; see the
Microsoft
Privacy Statement. You can turn this off at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices”
control at the bottom of any page.
Why we use it
- To take, fulfil and support your orders and quote requests
- To calculate shipping costs and produce shipping labels
- To calculate sales tax where we are required to collect it
- To operate and secure the site, and to prevent fraud
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To measure our advertising, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited us
- To send you email you have asked for, and to reply to you
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the service
providers we rely on to run the business, and some of them — the advertising and analytics
providers in particular — may use it for their own purposes. Under some US state privacy laws,
sharing information with advertising partners is treated as a “sale” or “share” even when no
money changes hands. The providers we use are:
- Payments: NMI, and our merchant services provider, to process card
payments - Shipping: UPS and FedEx, for rate quotes, labels and tracking
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; Microsoft Clarity
- Advertising and product listings: Google Ads and Google Merchant Center,
Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest, LinkedIn - Email: Microsoft 365, which we use to send and receive mail
- Hosting and security: our hosting provider and Cloudflare
We also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to
protect our rights, and to a buyer or successor if the business is sold.
Your choices
- Analytics and advertising: use the “Your Privacy Choices”
control at the bottom of any page to switch analytics and advertising tracking off. Your
choice is remembered on that browser. - Global Privacy Control: if your browser or an extension sends a Global
Privacy Control signal, we honour it automatically and you do not need to
do anything else. - Cookies: your browser can block or delete cookies. Note that the cart and
login will not work correctly without the cookies they need to function. - Marketing email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We will
still send messages about orders you have placed. - Access, correction and deletion: email
ecom@plastic-craft.com and we will respond.
We will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live you may have
specific rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, or to
opt out of its sale or sharing — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
How long we keep it
We keep order and quote records for as long as we need them to support the order, honour
warranties, and meet our tax, accounting and contractual obligations — including quality
records required by our ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certifications. Analytics and advertising
data is retained according to each provider’s own retention settings. We keep marketing
contact details until you unsubscribe.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal
information, including encryption of the site in transit, restricted access to order data, and
keeping card details out of our own systems by using hosted payment fields. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a
breach affecting your private information occurs, we will notify you as required by law,
including under the New York SHIELD Act.
Children
The site is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email
ecom@plastic-craft.com and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We operate in the United States and our service providers process information here. If you
access the site from outside the US, you are sending your information to the United States,
where privacy laws differ from those in your own country.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change, and we will change the “last updated”
date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
