We have three CNC routing centers one of which is a 5-axis dual multi-head 120" x 60" router along with an expert team of engineers, machinists, programmers, and operators to run them. With our CNC Routing machines, we are able to cut any shape you can dream up. CNC Routing allows the tool paths to be controlled with computer numerical control. This means that the router can quickly and efficiently cut any design programmed with remarkable precision.
Our milling and routing centers are top of the line machines capable of holding tight tolerances. Specially designed for plastic, they ensure the highest quality machined parts. Engineering plastics have a wide range of mechanical properties which is why its important to choose a company with years of expertise.
Our large format saw is computer automated and can cut plastic up to 5 inches thick with a tolerance of +/-.005 with ease. For large cutting jobs that need to be done quickly and accurately, our saws are up to the task.
A process by which plastic is heated over a mold and suction is used to pull it taught. Our vacuum forming capabilities allow us to form over-sized pieces. Most thermoplastics will work for this process. We can also blow domes to 40 inches in diameter.

Our CNC Engraving machine is capable of engraving onto sheets up to 38" x 72" in size. We offer solutions for your engraving needs, including name plates, signs, logos, engraving stock, and anything else your project requires.
Injection molding can be one of the most cost effective means of making a plastic part. For large production runs of simple items, injection molding is the key to making large quantities quickly and cheaply.
Sandblasting acrylic gives it a matte finish. If you need a frosted look, or perhaps a logo that needs to stand out, sandblasting is an option to consider.
