Shipping
Most orders are cut and shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Please note that this does not include transit time. Depending on your destination location, ground transit is generally between one to five days and oversize shipments via LTL freight carrier may take a little longer.
NOTE: All orders placed after the cut-off time of 2:00pm eastern time WILL NOT be dispatched until the following business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. This includes orders placed with an expedited shipping option (2-day or next day delivery services).
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must receive prior authorization from the company. You can contact us by phone at 845-358-3010 or by email at ecom@plastic-craft.com to request a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
As adhesive products are considered hazardous materials, all adhesive products are non-returnable.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ecom@plastic-craft.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ecom@plastic-craft.com and send your item to: 744 West Nyack Road West Nyack New York US 10994.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 744 West Nyack Road West Nyack New York US 10994 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping and handling cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so you may want to insure the return.

Privacy Policy
What we collect: name, business name, address, email, phone, order history, payment details (processed by our secure payment processor — we don’t store card numbers), and information you send us. We also collect IP address, browser data, and cookie data automatically, and order information from marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) and our payment and shipping providers.
How we use it: to process orders, provide customer service, operate and secure the site, run and measure advertising on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, send order updates and (with permission) marketing emails, and comply with tax and legal obligations.
How we share it: We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers under contract (payment, shipping, hosting, email, analytics, advertising, accounting, order management), with marketplaces for orders placed through them, in a business transfer, when required by law, or with your consent.

Security and retention: We use HTTPS, restricted access, and PCI-compliant payment processing. We retain information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal recordkeeping requirements (typically 7+ years for transaction records). We are based in the U.S. and process all information here. The site is not intended for children under 13.
Terms of Use
Orders and payment. All orders subject to acceptance. Prices in USD and may change. Payment due at time of order unless approved for Net 30 credit terms. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Shipping. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Report visible damage within 5 business days.
Returns. 30-day return window with prior authorization required (email ecom@plastic-craft.com or call 845-358-3010). Item must be unused with proof of purchase. All sales on custom or cut-to-size items are final. Adhesives are non-returnable as hazardous materials. 15% restocking fee on approved returns of standard stock items. Customer pays return shipping unless our error. Refunds issued to original payment method. Replacements only for defective or damaged items. Return to: Plastic-Craft Products Corp., 744 West Nyack Road, West Nyack, NY 10994. Marketplace orders (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) follow that marketplace’s return policy.
Product information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. Confirm suitability for your application before ordering. While we are ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified, certification of compliance for your specific end use is your responsibility.
Warranty. Products will conform to the specifications shown on the order at shipment. EXCEPT AS STATED, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” PLASTIC-CRAFT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability. PLASTIC-CRAFT’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR PROJECT DELAYS.
Intellectual property. Site content, including the Plastic-Craft trademark (USPTO Reg. No. 7351382), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish site content without permission.
Other. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, scrape it, or violate U.S. export laws. Governing law: New York. Disputes brought exclusively in Rockland County, New York. You waive any right to a jury trial. Claims must be brought within one year. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
