Description
Phenolic LE Sheet Description
Phenolic is a hard, dense material created by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or fabric impregnated with a synthetic resin. This process results in a material that is approximately half the weight of aluminum and exhibits outstanding physical toughness. Phenolic LE sheets resist abrasion, friction, impact, and material fatigue, making them ideal for applications requiring durability and long-lasting performance.
Phenolic LE sheets possess special properties that combat the corrosive effects of water and many chemicals, thereby enhancing the service life and efficiency of product parts. The insulating qualities of each grade, such as low dissipation factor and excellent dielectric strength, make them valuable for precise electrical and electronic applications.
