Polystyrene Hi-Impact Sheet Description
Polystyrene Hi-Impact Sheets (HIPS) are versatile, cost-effective materials known for their excellent impact strength, easy fabrication, and good dimensional stability. HIPS are engineered from the toughest polystyrene resins to offer superior properties such as color control, higher gloss, UV protection, and deep-draw formability. These sheets are fully recyclable with minimal loss in properties.
Polystyrene Hi-Impact Sheets (HIPS) provide a balance of enhanced properties suitable for a wide range of applications including packaging, signage, appliance components, and automotive parts. These sheets are easy to fabricate, machine, and assemble, making them ideal for both small and large-scale projects. HIPS sheets also offer excellent chemical resistance, good machinability, and are available in various colors and finishes to meet specific customer needs.
